Crepúsculo no es una historia que solo vayan a verla los niños. Mas allá de los clásicos vampiros, casi siempre malos, ahora en las pantallas de los cines se nos muestra una historia mucho mas que entretenida durante 122 minutos.
Una chica llamada Bella Swan se marcha a vivir a un pueblecito con su padre, una vez que su madre ha decidido irse con su segundo esposo. Mientras intenta acomodarse a la vida con su padre no acostumbrado a tener a su hija en casa y que no le ofrece mucho cariño, en el colegio conoce a una familia un tanto peculiar, en concreto a Edwar Cullen, que tras un incidente ella empezará a sospechar que algo mas se esconde tras este chaval que tan misteriosamente le atrae.
Pronto comenzará una estrecha amistad entre ellos, que les llevará al amor, siempre una vez que él le confiesa que es un vampiro con colmillos y todo, de piel pálida y con la eterna juventud sin envejecer.
Edwar Cullen está encarnado por Robert Pattinson, conocido por se uno de los chavales malos de Harry Potter.
Por su parte, una delgadísima Kristen Stewart encarna el papel de Bella, actriz que ya vimos en La habitación del pánico o en Jumper.
Crepúsculo no está pasando desapercibida por las carteleras de medio mundo, es la primera de la saga, seguida por Luna nueva, Eclipse y Amanecer.
Las películas están basadas en las novelas de carácter adolescentes escritas por Stephenie Meyer y publicadas a partir de 2005. Poco a poco, desde la aparición de la película, son miles de personas las que persiguen cada capitulo de la saga, tanto jóvenes como mayores, una vez que todos han sido enganchados por los mismísimos vampiros.
